Make it easy - have a sandwich!


Sometimes I am just too tired to cook, or don't have the time, or just feel like a cup of hot chocolate and a sandwich. And that is totally fine, in face more than fine! It's one of my favourite things to eat and it is incredibly easy, and can be both filling and nutritious. My favourite bread is a store bought one made with sourdough and has some dried fruit and nuts in it, and my favourite toppings on bread is either fresh avocado with sea salt and grounded pepper, or almond butter and sliced banana. And if possible, why not have one of each?!
